Returns Policy
We offer a 5-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return:
- Contact us at revibewellness2023@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- If your return is approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.
Non-returnable items:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Only completely sealed, untampered items are eligible. Contact us with any questions.
Sale items and gift cards are unfortunately non-returnable.
Exchanges:
We currently do not accept exchanges.
Refunds Policy:
- Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund approval.
- If approved, you'll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method, minus original shipping and processing fees.
- Processing time for refunds by your bank or credit card company may vary.
- We offer lower shipping rates than our actual cost. In case of a refund, we will deduct the actual shipping cost we paid (e.g., if we charge $5 and pay $9 for shipping, we deduct $9).
Cancellations:
- You may request to cancel an order before it ships. Processing fees will be deducted if we cancel and issue a refund.
Return to Sender:
- We are not responsible for reshipping undeliverable orders marked "return to sender." Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- If a package is marked "return to sender," you have two options:
- Pay for a new shipping label with the correct address to attempt redelivery.
- Receive a refund minus shipping cost and processing fees.
